1 butterhead Lettuce
2 hard-boiled eggs
100g Sliced chicken breast
1 tomato
1 stick of celery

2 tbs olive oil
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
½ tsp lake salt light
½ tsp black pepper



  1. Remove the stem from the butterhead lettuce and cut the bigger leaves into smaller sections.
  2. Half the eggs, cut the tomato and celery.
  3. Stir fry the chicken strips in a pan until fully cooked. Set aside.
  4. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well in a small bowl.
  5. Get another bowl and combine the lettuce, tomatoes and celery. Add the dressing done in the previous step and mix well. Ensure the dressing is nicely coated on the vegetables.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate, arrange the chicken strips on top of the salad and add the eggs at the side of the plate.
  7. Enjoy your Italian chicken salad!
