PASTA SALAD



Ingredients

•   Spiral Pasta - 100 g
•   Sweet Corn Kernels - 5 tbsp
•   Capsicum (Green) - 2.5 tbsp (Diced)
•   Capsicum (Yellow) - 2.5 tbsp (Diced)
•   Cherry Tomato - 2 tbsp (Diced)
•   Garlic - 2.5 clove
•   Onion - 0.5 medium
•   Salt - 2 g
•   Pepper - 0.5 g
•   Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
•   Lemon Juice - 1 tsp


Directions

•   Dice the cherry tomato and capsicum.

•   Stir Fry the garlic and onion with olive oil.

•   Blanch the sweet corn kernels.

•   Blanch the spiral pasta.

•   Mix in the spiral pasta with the fried garlic and onion.

•   Mix in the other ingredients and mix well.

•   Chill & serve.
